2. Liability

We are not responsible for any damage to your instrument or hearing caused by miscalibration or improper use of this software. Always tune responsibly and double-check high-tension tunings manually if you are unsure.

3. Intellectual Property

The layout, design, and code structure of GT TUNER PRO are our intellectual property. You may not clone, scrape, or reverse-engineer the tuner engine for commercial distribution.
